崗位要求：
Excellent experience in one or more mainstream 3D packages (Blender, Maya, Zbrush, XGen, Substance Painter/Designer, …etc.) and in working with game engines
Strong aptitude for traditional visual and graphic arts to fortify directorial credibility
Highly organized individual with experience in managing teams of creative minds and effective at collaborating with other disciplines
Passionate about game development, excellent understanding of the creative process and exercises game sensibility when making artistic decisions
Persuasive leadership at enforcing directive and in steering the team to achieving expectant standards
Aligned with existing tech and methodologies, and quick at keeping up with emerging trends and technologies, e.g.: automation in production pipeline

藝術(shù)、平面設(shè)計和/或相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位優(yōu)先但優(yōu)秀的作品集和經(jīng)過驗證的行業(yè)記錄也將被考慮
至少 5 年各種游戲風(fēng)格的經(jīng)驗，包括跨主要平臺的 AAA 游戲和經(jīng)過驗證的項目完成記錄
至少 3 年擔任高級藝術(shù)家、首席藝術(shù)家或藝術(shù)團隊負責(zé)人的經(jīng)驗，并具有監(jiān)督團隊以提高能力和效率的良好記錄
有良好的英語工作知識者優(yōu)先
