工作職責：
Job Responsibilities：
- 設計用戶交互體驗概念方案。
- Design user interaction experience concepts.
- 詳細交互流程頁面設計。
- Detailed interaction flow page design.
- 與用戶體驗架構師，產品負責人協(xié)調協(xié)調并確認交互設計概念規(guī)范。
- Coordinate and validate interaction design concept specifications with UX architects and PO.
- 與用戶體驗研究員協(xié)調交互概念驗證計劃并提供支持。
- Coordinate interaction concept validation plans with UX researchers and provide support.
- 根據(jù)交互概念驗證結果對交互概念進行必要修改，并迭代交互概念規(guī)范和相關文檔。
- Modify interaction concepts as necessary based on validation results, and iterate interaction concept specifications and related documents.
- 結合用戶體驗和方案攥寫交互設計概念規(guī)范說明文檔。
- Write interaction design concept specification documents integrating user experience and solutions.
- 和研發(fā)團隊討論技術可行性。
- Discuss technical feasibility with technology team.
- 根據(jù)反饋對方案進行修改。
- Modify solutions based on feedback.

Professional Requirements:
- 熟悉產品設計類的軟件，例如Sketch，F(xiàn)igma等，同時能學習和快速上手所需新的軟件。
- Familiar with design software such as Sketch, Figma, etc., and able to quickly learn and use new software.
-熟悉體驗設計的衡量標準。
- Familiar with measurement standards for user experience design.
-熟悉用戶需求挖掘的調研方法，有自己的方法論，有效地將技術轉化為符合需求的設計方案。
- Familiar with research methods for uncovering user needs and effectively translating technology into design solutions.
-交互流程設計能夠準確描述邏輯與路徑，通過文檔化的形式沉淀輸出，包括撰寫PRD。
- Accurately describe logic and paths in interaction flow design through documentation, including writing PRD.
-交互概念文檔能夠簡要展示設計的關鍵價值，能產出介紹性的精煉亮點，并闡述給他人。
- Concisely showcase the key value of interaction concept documents and articulate the refined highlights to others.
-對技術的實現(xiàn)方式具有基礎的了解，能夠在設計初期將研發(fā)能力作為因素之一，讓設計具有落地性。
- Possess a basic understanding of technical implementation methods and consider development capabilities as a factor in the early stages of design to ensure practicality.
-能夠與研發(fā)人員共同協(xié)作，確保落地的結果與設計的一致性
- Collaborate with development team members to ensure consistency between the results and the design.

Expectations:
- 有汽車行業(yè)HMI交互設計經驗，并對汽車HMI設計有自己的見解。
- Experience in and have your own opinion on automotive HMI interaction design.
- 有較強的邏輯思維能力、執(zhí)行力和創(chuàng)新力，并能夠保持不斷學習新的方法、知識的動力。
- Strong logical thinking, execution, and innovation skills, with a drive to continuously learn new methods and knowledge.
- 積極主動，可以自己推進工作，有擔當，踏實靠譜。
- Proactive, self-driven, responsible, and reliable.
- 有較強的溝通能力，可以和產品經理，研發(fā)及品牌方進行友好溝通。
- Strong Communication skills to communicate with PO, technology team and brands.
- 可以用英文和中文作為工作語言，流利的聽說讀寫。（必須）
- Must be able to use English and Chinese as working languages.
