Talent in creating seamless user interface designs for the products that we design. ? Collaborate with the cross-functional team to align, define and drive the design vision, strategy and overall user experience. ? Define sitemaps, user flows, interaction models, wireframes, comps, and mockups/prototypes based on technical and product requirements. ? Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, interviews, usability testing, and other research methods and data analysis techniques. ? Test the user experience with users and use findings to inspire future decisions and design solutions. ?崗位職責 ? 創(chuàng)造出色的用戶界面設計 ? 與各部門保持良好溝通，跟進產(chǎn)品設計理念、產(chǎn)品定義、愿景設計、戰(zhàn)略實施，不斷優(yōu)化用戶體驗 ? 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品和技術要求建立站點地圖、用戶流、交互模型、線性關系、組合和模型 ? 定性定量進行用戶數(shù)據(jù)研究、功能反饋、可行性測試，并進行數(shù)據(jù)分析 ? 為用戶建立良好的互動溝通渠道，并在溝通中及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，優(yōu)化解決方案 Qualifications & Skills ? BA or MA in design related field with 2-5 years of experience. ? Experience with end-to-end (UX and UI) product design across web, apps and products. ? Outstanding skills in interaction design, user experiences and visual design. ? Understanding of usability, heuristic evaluation and ability to suggest improvements to design. ? Solid problem solving, analytical and methodical skills. ? Strong understanding of complex user journeys, user experience and user-centered design. ? Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and communicate design decisions / Front-end development, HTML/CSS, Sketch, Axure, Adobe After Effects or similar. ?
